Materials: 200 grams tenderloin of beef, 10 conelike red peppers, 3 ginger slices and 2 shallots.

Marinade: 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 2 tablespoons starch, 1/3 tablespoon chicken powder and 1/5 tablespoon white sugar.

Seasonings: 1 bowl of edible oil, 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon, 1 tablespoon wild pepper powder, 1 tablespoon chili oil, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 1/3 tablespoon chicken powder, 1/6 tablespoon white sugar, 1/3 tablespoon salt and 1/3 tablespoon sesame oil.

Step1 Cut beef into shreds, add 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 2 tablespoons starch, 1/3 tablespoon chicken powder and 1/5 tablespoon white sugar and marinade for 30 minutes.

Step 2 Get the buts of butts of the conelike red peppers and cut them into ring shape. Cut the shallots into sections.

Step 3 Pre-heat a bowl of edible oil and fry beef shreds for 5 minutes.

Step 4 Pre-heat 2 tablespoons edible oil, fry scallion stalk, ginger slices and conelike red peppers together.Then add 1 tablespoon wild pepper powder, 1 tablespoon chili powder and 2 tablespoons clear water and fry them together. Finally, put beef shreds in and fry for 1 minute.

Step 5 Add 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 1 tablespoon chili oil, 1/3 tablespoon chicken powder, 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce, 1/6 tablespoon white sugar and 1/3 tablespoon salt in and fry the mixture.

Step 6 Scatter shallot section in and -stir-fry well. Finally spread sesame oil on the surface.
