My apartment is at ZhongGuanCun area, located at the cross subway station of both subway 13 line and 10 line, so it is very convinient for you to go to bird nest or university stadium(PKU and Tsinghua), also it is comfortable for living. it is a two-story apartment with one living-room and one bathrooms which covers 60sqm and was fully furnished and well decorated. 24 hours hot water, 24 hours elevator, 24 hours security guard. household electrical appliances like air-conditioner, water heater, refrigerator, washing machine, broadband ADSL etc are all new and available.
