guest68151	I have a newly one bedroom apartment which is west facing ,modern,bright & clean with bargin rental prices(only USD 40 per day). Living condition: It was built by 2006'yr and 52 square meters.It sits on 27th floor of the 28 floors building within a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a den.the living room have a balcony full of windows from top to ground, a top-to-ground outside floating window full of glasses is also in bedroom.Both kitchen and living room also have a south facing window. Location: It is located 500 meters estern away from 4th Ring Road east, Honglingjin Park neiborhode his west and 15 minutes walked away from Beijing Chaoyang Park which is the Olympic Stadium for Beach Volleyball.This apartment is in the heart of Central Bussiness District of Beijing and need only ten minutes car distance to China World Trade Center.This nice apartment is within convenient reach of all of Beijing's key travel destinations, as well the airport and railway station. Public transportation including subway (3 bus station away), bus and taxi are all nearby and make easy to get around the city. Several buses go to The Main Olympic Stadium (The Bird's Nest) directly in 30 minuets without any transfer. This apartment will be available for use from beginning April 2008, and is very suitable for tourists who will stay in Beijing during the Olympics Games.
