Traveling to Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Foshan

Hi, I'm traveling to Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Foshan August 19 - 29. Does anyone know someone that can help me get around (train station, hotel, etc.) or point me in the right direction for things to do? If they want to do some language/culture exchange, that would be great! I am a U.S. native, well-educated businessman. Thanks!

Mostly tourism. I"m going to Guangzhou, Foshan, Kaiping, and whereever else I can travel to in 12 days. It's a short trip, but I don't want to spend all of my time on the road, so I"m staying fairly close to HK.

Foshan has some nice temples to see and a couple of parks. Kaiping is an absoloute must see if you are in the area, I was speechless when I wandered around there for 2 days, sadly it rained most of it. Try to get across to Zhaoqing if you can as there is great scenery there too.
There are some images from that area on my website, I havent uploaded all from GZ area yet.
