| Dear All, For the past few days, numerous members have asked the question why there is no new rely after they received the notification saying their threads or posts have been replied. We are notifying that the emails and messages are automatically generated by our system immediately after someone replies to your post provided that you have already turned on the 'email alerts' or 'message notice' function. It is not a surprise that you might find no new rely to your post after receiving the notification generated by our system since the replies to your post are spam messages and we (Community Moderators) have already deleted the spam replies. We don't want the spam replies to annoy all members' eyes so that we deleted the spam replies as soon as possible. The notification emails or messages are automatically generated by our system and can not be withdrawn. So the author of the thread had to be bothered by the email alert. We are sorry for the inconveniences incurred for our members. Anyhow, we are trying to improve the email and message alerts function. If you have any suggestions, please feel free to put forward. We are open to your valuable suggestions! Thanks! Community Moderators |

Christine just explained how I could stop receiving e-mail notices in another recent thread. And now it seems you are saying that we can not stop receiving them! Please help me out on this. Thanks. |

| Hi Canadaguy, I am sorry that I forgot to mention the "turning off email alerts function". I have only mentioned the case if you have started "the email alerts function". Certainly, you can stop receiving e-mail notices by turning off the email notice function. Just follow Christine's direction in another thread. |
