Sour and hot chicken feet!

Materials: 8 chicken feet, 5 shallots, 10 cone-like red peppers, 1/2 onion, 1/4 lemon, 1/2 green pepper and 1/2 red pepper.

Seasonings: 3 talbespoons edible oil, 5 tablespoon rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon white sugar and 1/2 tablespoon salt.

Step 1 Cut off chicken feet's finger tips and quick-boil in boiling water.

Step 2 Cut 1/2 onion into dices, slice 5 shallots, chop red and green peppers into dices. Then cut cone-like red peppers into sections and cut 1/2 lemon into two parts.

Step 3 Pre-heat 3 tablespoon edible oil, quick-fry shallot slices and onion dices and then put cone-like red peppers in and stir-fry the mixture together.

Step 4 Add chicken's feet in, stir-fry with fierce heat for 3 minutes. Then add 2 bowls of water in and boil them until boiling. Finally stew chicken's feet with weak heat for 20 minutes. Remembe to get a cover for the pan.

Step 5 Add 5 tablespoons rice vinegar, 1 tablespoom white sugar an 1/2 salt and stir-fry them.

Step 6 Add red and green peppers in and stir-fry together, squeeze lemon juice and spread it in the pan.
