![]() | Thousands of protestors rallied around the Government House compound to call on the Thai Prime Minister to resign yesterday. Initially, the police clashed with the protestors, then they offered littile resistance. The People's Alliance for Democracy movement spearhead the protesters. Demonstrators urged Prime Minister Samak Sundaravej to step down. Protestors accused Samak's government of interfering with corruption charges against Thaksin and trying to change the constitution for its own self-interest.
