GUEST21558 Where you are living is not an issue for getting work. But getting a visa without a job will be more difficult.

How on earth did you get in a position of having no money to return home?????

I imagine if you are deported the Chinese Government will get you beyond their borders to somewhere like HongKong or Macau where a visa is issued on entry to most visitors.

Both these places will be far more expensive and you'll only be able to stay up to 30 days. Not a good option but I doubt that they would give a free ticket home..........

Why will no one back home send you money? Do you have no family or friends there? I find it very difficult to believe you have no options. Sell your belongings? Sell an organ!

If you do get deported, then forget ever returning to China. Good luck

GUEST84231 my friend was deported due to overstaying of 18 days..
at first, he was asked by immigration officers if he want to stay loner like 3 days to 1 week for packing up his stuff,he said yes and got one week "deportation visa" to stay.
then he paid a fine of 5000 CHY..maximum amount of penalty and flew away back home.
