Sour and spicy fish skin!

Do you taste fish skin before? To tell you the truth, this is my first time that I have cooked fish skin. Fish skin is good for your face skin so that ladies should learn to cook this dish.

Materials: 300 grams grass carp skin, 60 grams cabbage, 100 grams bamboo shoots, 1/3 carrot, 2 red peppers, 1 spring onion, 2 slices ginger, 1/3 cup clear chicken soup.

Seasonings: 3 tablespoons edible oil, 2 tablespoons salt, 1 tablespoon rice wine, 1/3 chicken powder, 1 tablespoon white sugar, 5 tablespoons vinegar, 1/3 sesame oil, 1/2 tablespoon starch and 3 tablespoons chilli oil.

Step 1 Cut fish skin into pieces, quick-boil in boiling water for 30 seconds and put them in cold water for a while and then take them out.

Step 2 Cut 1/3 carrot as it does in the picture, cabbage into strips, 2 red peppers into dices, spring onion into sections and ginger into shreds. Mix 1/2 tablespoon starch with 3 tablespoons water together.

Step 3 Add 1 tablespoon salt in boiling water, quick-boil cabbage strips until its leaves turn soft. Then put them in cold water for a while and take them out.

Step 4 Preheat 3 tablespoons edible oil, stir-fry spring onion sections, red pepper dices and ginger shreds, Then add carrot, fish skin and bamboo shoots and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Step 5 Add 1 tablespoon rice wine and 1/3 cup clear chicken soup in and boil them together. Then put cabbage strips in and stir-fry them together.

Step 6 Add 1/3 tablespoon chicken powder, 1 tablespoon white sugar, 5 tablespoons vinegar, 3 tablespoons chilli oil, 1/4 tablespoon salt and 1/3 tablespoon sesame oil and stir-fry the mixture together. Finally spread starchy water.

Gosh! Can fish skin be eaten? When eating fish, I usually use chopsticks to get rid of the fish skin. Never eat it!
