See my post in the Expats Forum. Avoid this college. The contract is not honoured, the Dean of Foreign Languages is a historical relic (even by Chinese standards) and will not tolerate and opinions which do not support his own.... and he never gives a reference. The students say he is a xenophobe. The Team Leader foreign teachgers report to will not involve you in anything, you are ignored and excluded.

But if you want a quiet life for a relatively high pay, sure you can sell your soul and work there!
