Braised pork ribs with lemon and tea!

Materials: 320 grams pork ribs,4 bags orf red tea, half a lemon, 2 slices of ginger, 1 spring onion and 2 aniseeds.

Marinade: 2 tablespoons cooking wine, 2 tablespooons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons starch, 1/2 tablespoon cihcken powder and 3 slices of ginger.

Seasonings: 3 talbespoons edible oil and 1/5 tablespoon white sugar.

Step 1 Wash away the blood in the pork ribs, cut them into sections (each about 5 cm), add 2 tablespoons cookging wine, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons starch, 1/2 tablespoon chicken powder and 2 slices of ginger and then marinade for 30 minutes.

Step 2 Cut 1/2 lemon into shreds, mince 1 spring onion, slice ginger and use 3 cups of boiling water to make red tea.

Step 3 Pre-heat 3 tablespoons edible oil, stir-fry minced spring onion, ginger slices, aniseeds, lemon shreds and put pork ribs in and stir-fry for 3 minutes.

Step 4 Then put pork ribs in an earthenware pot.

Step 5 Add 3 cups of red tea in the pot and boil with a cover. After boiling, stew for 45 minutes.

Step 6 When the tea almost disappears, add 1/5 tablespoon white sugar in.
