| Materials: 320 grams pork ribs,4 bags orf red tea, half a lemon, 2 slices of ginger, 1 spring onion and 2 aniseeds. Marinade: 2 tablespoons cooking wine, 2 tablespooons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons starch, 1/2 tablespoon cihcken powder and 3 slices of ginger. Seasonings: 3 talbespoons edible oil and 1/5 tablespoon white sugar. |

| Step 1 Wash away the blood in the pork ribs, cut them into sections (each about 5 cm), add 2 tablespoons cookging wine, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons starch, 1/2 tablespoon chicken powder and 2 slices of ginger and then marinade for 30 minutes. |

| Step 2 Cut 1/2 lemon into shreds, mince 1 spring onion, slice ginger and use 3 cups of boiling water to make red tea. |
