![]() | Mongolian President Nambariin Enkhbayar declared a 4-day state of emergency in Ulan Bator late Tuesday after the violent riot. Angry protestors gathered at the front of the headquarters of the ruling Mongolian People’s Revoluntionary Party and put it on fire, protesting over the fraud in the parliamentary elections. Protestors clashed with the police. Four people were killed and over 100 people were injured. The authority also imposed a curfew from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. ![]() |
