Hi Rico, you mean you'll stay in Shenzhen for a few days and then to Shantou, then where will you stay in Shantou?
The distance between Shenzhen and Shantou is 391kms, a somewhat long journey needs about 4 hours drive on the highway.
Considering your hotel is located at Shennan Road, I'll suggest you to take a bus from the nearest bus terminal - Futian Bus terminal.

No buses from Shenzhen to Shanghai, it's too far!
