(Bei jing is a large city.Location is very important for everything.It can help you to save time during Olympic) There are subway(500 meters to line 5) and bus stations, shopping mall, hospital, restaurants, bank around it so that it is very convenient for your trip. My apartment is 55 square meters, 14/16 floor including: 1 living room,1 bedrooms, 1kitchen, 1bathroom, 1balcony, furniture, air conditioning, refrigerator, television, washing machine, Internet broadband,security system. Rental: USD 70 per day in July. USD 100 per day in Aug. USD 50 per day in Sept. At least a week rent.
