| Materials: tender ginger (150 grams), 6 chicken wings and some garlic. Marinade: spicy bean sauce, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1/3 tablespoon white sugar, 1 talbespoon rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon starch and 10 slices of tender ginger. Seasonings: 3 tablespoons ediblie oil and 1/3 tablespoon salt. Step 1 Wash and slice tender ginger, mince the garlic, wash the chicken wings and make a cut on each of them. |
