Stewed Chicken wings with tender ginger!

Materials: tender ginger (150 grams), 6 chicken wings and some garlic.

Marinade: spicy bean sauce, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1/3 tablespoon white sugar, 1 talbespoon rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon starch and 10 slices of tender ginger.

Seasonings: 3 tablespoons ediblie oil and 1/3 tablespoon salt.

Step 1 Wash and slice tender ginger, mince the garlic, wash the chicken wings and make a cut on each of them.

Step 2 Put chicken wings in a bowl, add spicy bean sauce, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1/3 tablespoon white sugar, 1 tablespoon rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon starch and tender ginger slices and then mix them very well.

Step 3 Pre-heat 3 tablespoons edibile oil, quick-fry minced garlic and add tender ginger in and stir-fry them together with medium heat for a second.

Step 4 Put chicken wings in, stir-fry them with ginger and garlic with fierce heat until they turn golden.

Step 5 Add 1 cup of water, boil with a cover. After boiling, stew with gentle heat for 10 minutes.

Step 6 Pour marinade in, stir-fry the mixture, add 1/3 tablespoon salt and then fry them again.
