No, fourteen is the ideal age. Sexual education is not something to take lightly. It doesn't really depend on the physical age but rather... the mental.

But the subject is touchy... Originally i was revolted but... as I continued to read some of the arguments... I'm not so sure anymore...

Somepeople say your sexually is a product of nature... others nurture. and if the later is true, then this action could have major consequences.

All i know is this sounds way to much like the begining of some of those weird animes out there!
