| Haven't been here for a while. Today I'll show you a kind of soup made of tomato and grass carp. Materials: 650 grams grass carp fillet, 2 tomatos, 1/4 onion, 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic. Marinade: 1/2 tablespoon ginger shreds, 2 tablespoons egg white, 1/3 tablespoon salt, 1 tablespoon starch and 1 tablespoon rice wine. Seasonings: 4 tablespoons edible oil, 1/3 tablespoon soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon starch, 1 tablespoon ketchup, 1/3 tablespoon chicken powder, 1/2 tablespoon white sugar and 1/5 tablespoon salt. |

| Step 1 Get rid of the bones of the grass carp, cut them into dices, add marinade in and marinade for 15 minutes. Wash the onion and cut it into pieces. |
