The following is the recommendation for your nice trip during 2008Beijing Olympic. House description: About 62 square meters, the seventh floor, good furniture and nice decorated, electric appliances and air condition, windows facing south, very clean and bright. There is one bedroom with big balcony, one setting room with little balcony, one kitchen and bathroom. 24 hours elevator and 24 hours public security. Basic furniture: Big bed, sofa, dinner table and chairs, cable TV, cable broadband, television, DVD, computer, refrigerator, drinking water, washing machine, microwave oven, air-conditioner, 24 hours hot water, electric iron, vacuum cleaner and the others if you need. Traffic: It is located near Dongzhimen subway station and very convenient to get anywhere in Beijing. Take about 10 minutes driving to “Bird Nest “main Olympic Games gyms. Take about 20 minutes driving to Beijing Capital International Airport. Take about 30 minutes driving to city center (Tian An Men Square). The merits: New quilt, pillow, bedspread and other things; There is a famed Chinese cake shop called Daoxiangcun where you can buy delicious Chinese style foods. There are many nice restaurants at the first floor. Take only 15 minutes walking to the big supermarket (Lotte Mart) and 15 minutes walking to hospital, banks available nearby. Others: One bicycle for free; Airport pickup for free (1-3persons) Rent: USD150 per day (1) including water, gas, electric etc. (2) at least two weeks. (3) 50% down payment is required after rental contract is signed; another 50% payment is collected upon your arrival. (4) extra service requires extra fees.
