| Materials: 310 grams grass carp fillet, 120 orange juice, 2 eggs and 50 grams cornmeal. Seasonings: 1 bowl of edible oil, 1/3 tablespoon salt and 1/2 tablespoon starch. Step 1 Mix grass carp fillets with 1/3 tablespoon salt very well and marinade for 15 minutes. Mix 1/2 tablespoon starch and 2 tablespoons water together. |
