guestDenis	hello everybody. We are young pair (21 years old boy and girl) looking for an appartment near SISU (SHANGHAI INTERNATIONAL STUDIES UNIVERSITY), because we are planing to study there. So that, we would like to live in its neigbourhood. We'll arrive to Shanghai in the 27th of August, and would stay there till the end of the June 2009. So your long term rent proposals will be highly appreciated. Please send any offers which may suit the following requests: 1. 2 or more rooms (incl. bedrooms, living rooms). 2. fully furnished 3. TV, telephone, Internet (ADSL, high speed), conditioner, and other necessities. 4. rental budget 2000 - 4500 RMB per month (maximum).
