Is September a good time to trek ?
I read in a website that the upper trail will be wet and muddy from June to September.

I did the hike in September about 2 years (or was it 3 years?) ago. Part of the upper trail wasn't safe, but the part from Tina's to Qiaotou was ok. Ask enroute at guesthouses about trail conditions.
