Description : - 20th floor with 2 lift set in 20 floors apartment (view is excellent!) - 51 square meters(1 bedrooms with big balcony, 1 living room, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen) - Very safe(24-hour security) and quiet - Subway(Wudaokou station) and bus station in front of the apartment and Surrounded with supermarket, hospital, restaurant, pub, bank, and schools(Tshinghwa Univ. , Bejing Univ., etc..) - 5~10 minutes by taxi to the Olympic stadium - Furnished microwave oven, Two air conditioners, refrigerator, Television, and Internet Access - 40minutes from the airport (by taxi within 100RMB) Rent require: - Reservation can be completed with 10% of total rent amount. - Rest fees should be paid all at once on the first day you come and cannot be refunded (Because if you cancel it, I have no time to find people) Contact address: hotmail.com\|seryui if you have any interest to rent my apartment.
