GUESTEXPAT Shuai ge means 'hansome boy' the other one means 'hansome girl as in goodlooking'. This is what I just asked a chinese girl in Xiamen China. A lot of the above comments are hilarious because not anyone is really bothered about asking a chinese person.
Shuai ge is a compliment nothing less.
Also very simpel enter this in google pics you will find some f@#*ing goodlooking guys.
