The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 dinning room. The rooms can be rented separately (please see the pictures below!);  1 room is 15 sqm and 1 room is 12 sqm;  Both rooms furnished similarly with large bed and nightstand, desk with chair, wardrobe, air conditioner;  A bathroom with shower cabin and toilet, as well as wash basin and washing machine; only for the rooms to rent;  Shared use of the living room, the modern kitchen and the dining room;  The apartment is in the 12th floor and accessible by elevator. Location and Getting Around  The building has altogether 18 floors, building was constructed in 2004;  The building lies between 3rd and 4th ring roads in Haidian District close to Forest University;  One minute walking distance to the bus stop on the front side of the building and 7 minutes walking distance to the bus stop behind the building through a small market;  10 minutes to the Olympic stadium by taxi;  Many shopping possibilities (in residential area with many supermarkets and the markets near the bus stop). Costs  Both rooms cost the same, each 1000 RMB/day (or 95 Euro/day);  Only cash payment upfront;  No commission.
