Do you like eating the entrails of animals, for example, the entrails of the sheep? If you like it, please learn to make this dish----fried chicken giblets.

Materials: 200 grams chicken, 100 grams chicken's heart, 10 garlic sprouts, 5 green peppers, 10 dried red chilli, 10 conelike redpepper, 3 garlic cloves, 3 pieces of ginger and 2 spring onion.

Seasonings: 3 tablespoons edible oil, 2 tablespoons pickled wild pepper, 1 tablespoon starch, 1 tablespoon salt, 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 1/3 tablespoon chicken powder.

Step 1 Wash chicken gizzard and chicken's heart carefully, mix them with 1 tablespoon starch and 1 tablespoon salt. Then knead and rub chicken gizzard and chicken's heart several times, wash them and cut them into pieces.

Step 2 Cut conelike red peppers into sections, shred dried red chilli, cut green peppers into pieces, garlic sprouts into sections. Mince the garlic, shred the ginger and cut spring onions into sections.

Step 3 Saute minced garlic, ginger shreds and dried red chilli shreds in 3 tbsp oil. Add chicken gizzard and chicken's heart in and fry together for 2 to 3 minutes.

Step 4 Add 2 tablespoons pickled wild pepper, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1/5 tablespoon salt and 1/3 tablespoon chicken powder in and stir-fry together for a second.

Step 5 Add conlike redpepper and green pepper in and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
