What proof of accommodation are people using?

I'm interested in knowing what proof of accommodation people are using? Is the booking confirmation from a place like hostel world enough? Or, do I need an actual confirmation from the hostel itself? The only reason I ask is that I have booked rooms for two people, but the hostelworld.com email only has my name! I've tried emailing the hostel, but they are not responding to my email! Any advice gratefully received... Dave

Hi,

GUEST17126	Hi, I just got the OK from the embassy in Greece. We provided confirmation from the hotel itself with signature and stamp , I did bookings through an agency and they sent me the booking confirmation from each hotel with both our names on it. It was sent by e-mail and I printed it out. I guess every hotel catering for foreigners need they have to do this. have a nice trip
