How to decline love in a mild way?
Aug 1, 2008 03:26
guest6870 Hello,
I'm new around here. I need some advices from you.
Love needs to be consensual. It happens very often that someone loves you, but you don’t love him. What are some ideal ways to decline someone’s affection while don’t harm his/her dignity? How to decline love in a mild way? “I don’t like your” sounds too harsh. Are the following words OK?
1. I’m not attracted to you.
2. Maybe I don’t deserve you.
3. We don’t match each other.
4. You are not my type.
Which one do you think is mild?

How about " I'm sorry, but I am already seeing someone right now".

Since I have been on the receiving end of comments #1 thru #4 and even an "I'm sorry", ( IOM) they are all mild and acceptable.
Sob, sob ....nobody loves me....Aw......what the heck.

Quote,

#1 the best
#2 it is a lie, and you don’t meant it, personally I have disdain for a hypocrite woman
#3 not to smart of a statement; because it leaves you open to his advances, without recourse
#4 it is ok, but a sharp cut to the bone

I say #1 it is the mildest of all.
