Terrorists develop ‘suicide underwear’

According to Pakistani Daily Times, terrorists are developing new tactics. The suice-bombers use underwear briefs to hide the explosives in. It is a new trick to evade body search. Tradtionally, the law enforcers searched only upper body parts. The lower body parts were often exempt.
