Did anyone read the USA 2008 National Defense Strategy?

guestjet The US Department of Defense released the National Defense on July 31? Did anyone read the paper? How does the paper deal with ‘China issue’? Did USA redefine ‘ Rogue States’? Has North Korea been excluded from “rogue states”? I coundn’t get access to the full text of the paper. Did anybody read it? What about the chapters in the paper concerning with China?

Come on, they only published one copy - and they lost it! You are not supposed to ask to see it, come on, that's taking this democracy and right to know stuff too far
