A special dish for Chinese Valentine's Day

Today is the Seventh Day of July in lunar month, vulgarly referred to as Qi Xi Festival (Chinese Valentine's Day). To celebrate this special festival, I introduce you a very special dish Fried chicken wings. It is called 比翼双飞 (Bi 3 Yi 4 Shuang 1 Fei 1). Literally, it means "fly wing to wing" in English.

Materials: 4 chicken wings, 6 pieces of lettuce, 1 tomato, 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic and 1 tablespoon of cooked white sesame.

Marinade: 1/5 tablespoon salt, 1.5 tablespoon soy sauce, 1/3 tablespoon chicken powder, 1 tablespoon rice wine and 2 tablespoons honey.

Seasonings: 1 bowl of edible oil.


Step 1 Wach chicken wings, make a cut on the back of each wing, mix them with marinade and marinade for 30 minutes.

Step 2 Wash the tomato and lettuce, cut the tomato into pieces and place lettuce on the plate.

Step 3 Fry chicken wings in boiling oil until they turn golden.

Step 4 Fry minced garilc until fragrant with 1 tablespoon edible oil and add tomato pieces in and stir-fry them together. Pour 1/2 cup of water and marinade in and stir-fry the mixture until boiling.

Step 5 Add fried chicken wings in, stew with gentle heat for 10 minutes. Remember to put the cover on the pan.

Step 6 Put chicken wings on the lettuce and pour tomato juice over the chicken wings.

Step 7 Spread sesame over the chicken wings. Then it is served.
