Darn it I hit the wrong button and it posted the question without I even finish it. Sorry guys.

Well anyway, I'm in GZ with 1 month L visa (family visit) to be with my husband. I have to return to Jakarta Indonesia tomorrow and I plan to apply for the 3 months multiple entry visa there. My question is with the olympic starts today will I be able to get my visa? Why multiple entry you might ask? Because in early October I have to go to USA to take care of some paper works there and I wish to go back to GZ afterwards without having to aply for another visa.

Do I have to wait until the olympic is over before I go to the Chinese embassy in Indonesia?

BARONTWANGLE Points: Join Date: Nov 7, 2007 Status: Offline	You only need a double entry visa, not a muliple entry (which is more difficult to get). You should be ok to apply anytime for this if it is for visiting family.
