My gal's daughter forgot to bring the QQ addresses of her friends in Nanning when she came to the USA. To make matters worse, she cannot log in to QQ herself.

Here is the relevant portion of the error:

"UDPserver connected,Server IP [58.60.14.34], port [8000]
sign in by UDP server IP [58.60.14.34],port [8000]
sending the first data to the sign-in server
the first data sent, now sending the second data
replied by the sign-in server of the second data, the server request to sign in another server, IP [58.60.9.136],port [8000]
connectingUDP server IP [58.60.9.136],port [8000]......
signing in another server, IP [58.60.9.136],port [8000]
UDPserver connected,Server IP [58.60.9.136], port [8000]
sign in by UDP server IP [58.60.9.136],port [8000]
sending the first data to the sign-in server
the first data sent, now sending the second data
replied by the sign-in server of the second data and faied to sign in, for the reason:Server returns failed.,suggestive info: For the sake of safety, your QQ ID is not allow to login at the moment. If you want to sign in immediately, please contact our customer service hotline at +86-755-8376-5566 for help."

I tried calling that number from the USA yesterday, but my Chinese daughter said the number could not help us. (No one answered the phone, there was just a telephone message)

If anyone knows what that message means or has a technical contact at QQ I would appreciate their assistance.

I'll have her try that JimmyB. I do not think that is the problem, but it's worth a shot.

Griz, perhaps the moderaters here can help with one of their tech heads. This site routes through the US.
Just a thought.

Griz, I just wonder if there is something wrong with her account. You see, it reminds that "For the sake of safety, your QQ ID is not allow to login at the moment". Once someone stolen my password and used my QQ. When I tried to log in with my account and password, it reminded me that there was something wrong with my QQ: Somebody used my QQ in Fujian Province. In order to ensure the safety of my account, QQ blocked my account temporarily and required me to activate my account. Finally, I activated my account and changed my password and then no problem happened again.

Just my guess. If you re-install the QQ and she still can't log in, then it might be the problem I have said.

GUEST21560 I have the same problem and the strange thing is i was in shanghai and it worked perfectly then on the same day I went to Yiwu city and using the same laptop that I have with me always & when I was in Yiwu I got this message. I tried to uninstall and install but nothing. I used another computer in my office and nothing and then finally used a 2nd computer and it worked. I thought the problem was fixed so I tried again on my laptop and still the same message but my QQ account works on the other computer. So weird!! I tried english/ Chinese windows on my laptop but it just works on the 2nd computer, not my laptop or the 1st computer in my office.
