GUEST99151 My qq e-mail account will not receive e-mails and I have looked through everything to see how to get it to accept. It was working fine for a few months then shut out everything.

GUEST57479 Can someone help me. I do not know who to contact. I have QQ downloaded on my IPhone. When I try to have a video call it tries to connect then says network connect failed. I have purchased credits for calls. John Parks

Well, I would suggest you use Facetime if you both use iphone. You know, QQ's server is located in China. Sometimes, it doesn't work normally due to the Great Fire Wall if you make a video call to China.
