| Materials: 5 eggs, 75 grams minced pork, 1 tablespoon green pepper dices, 1/2 tablespoon minced spring onion, 1/3 tablespoon minced ginger and 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic. Fishy sauce: 1 tablespoon soy sance, 1/2 tablespoon minced spring onion, 1/3 tablespoon minced ginger, 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic, 1 tablespoon green pepper dices, 1/2 tablespoon white sugar, 1 tablespoon broad bean butter and 1/3 cup of water. Seasonings: 4 tablespoons edible oil and 1/5 tablespoon salt. Step 1 Add 1 tablespoon soy sance, 1/2 tablespoon minced spring onion, 1/3 tablespoon minced ginger, 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic, 1 tablespoon green pepper dices, 1/2 tablespoon white sugar, 1 tablespoon broad bean butter and 1/3 cup of water in a bowl and mixt them very well to make fishy sauce. |
