![]() | China’s Liu Zige won the gold medal in women’s 200 meters butterfly event in water cube Tuesday morning. Liu won the gold with new world record of 2 minutes 04.18 seconds. The previous world record was 2:05.40. It was China’s first gold in swimming events. The ex record-holder Australian Jessicah Schippe took only the bronze. Liu’s teammate Jiao Liuyang grabbed silver.
