You see, Venus is No.8 in the world but Li Na's best ranking was No.16. From their rankings, you can see that Venus is stronger than Li Na. And they didn't meet in any events before. Li Na has made a historic record in Chinese Olympic history of tennis. In the seminfinals, she will meet the winner between Safina and Jankovic. No matter who (Jankovic or Safina) win, Li Na will have a hard game to play. Safina has eliminated another Chinese player Zheng Jie who played very well at Wimbledon. As for Jankovic, she presently ranks as No.2 in the world. So the game between Jankovic and Safina will be very exciting. Anyway, good luck to Li Na no matter she wins or not in the semifinals.

However, Federer was not as lucky as Li Na. He was beaten by Blake, an American player. In their previous records, Federer never lost a game. But Blake has broken Federer's dream of winning the champion of the Olympics. Maybe, it is the last time that Federer plays at the Olympics. This will be Federer's forever regret.

It is said that the Switzerland has cut the live broadcast of Federer' s game. Are they dissatisfied with Federer's performance? This year, Federer seems to go into his low period. Some people even predict that Federer will not be World No.2 (Nadal is sure to exceed Federer after the Olympics) at the end of this year if he keeps playing in this way.

Unfortunately, Li Na was beaten by Safina. Don't be sad. Li Na has made a record. There was no Chinese woman who entered the semi-final of the Olympic tennis. As for Federer, he didn't go back to Switzerland with failure. Although he didn't qualify for men's final, he and his partner won the champions of men's doubles. Anyway, congratulations to him.

The results: Nadal won the gold medal of men's singles. Federer and his partner: men's double. Williams Sisters: women's doubles. Dementieva: women's singles. Zheng Jie and Yanzi: bronze medal of women's doubles.

During the match between Li Na and Safina, Li Na once shouted:" Shut up!" to the audience. Because the audience's noise made her commit a mistake. I am disappointed in Chinese audience. They not only shout during the match but also booed Li Na's rival. They shouldn't have done this.
