| Materials: 500 grams broccoli, 5 pieces of soaked mushrooms, ham and 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic. Seasonings: 2 tablespoons butter, 1 tablespoon salt, 2 tablespoons abalone juice, 1/2 dry Shellfish Flavor, 1/3 tablespoon white sugar and 1/3 tablespoon sesame oil. Step Cut ham into shreds, wash broccoli and cut it into pieces and get rid of the butts of the mushrooms and cut them into shreds. |

| Step 2 Add 1 tablespoon salt in the boiling water, quick-boil broccoli. |

| Step 3 Heat 2 tablespoons butter, fry minced garlic, mushroom shreds and ham until fragrant. Then pour 1/2 cup of water in and boil them. |
