That official also wants to build a farm to raise rats so that he can sell rat meat to the hotels and small restaurants. According to him, eating rat meat has two advantages: First, we can save more grain stocks by catching and eating rats. Second, the rat meat is much cheaper. Meanwhile, it has much proteins and tastes better than the chicken. To him, rat meat is a delicacy. He also suggests that the rich people should give it a try. Do you think rat meat is a delicacy?
