An urinal shaped like the mouth of a woman was seen in a restaurant of Moenchengladbach in Germany.The urinal is designed for men by the designer Meike Van Schijndel. It sparked controversy in Germany. Some praised that the urinal was a novel design.

GUEST17645 Not so novel. If you search "mouth urinal" on Google, there was a big controversy a few years ago when Virgin wanted to put mouth-shaped urinals in JFK. There was also a Dutch McDonalds. And, folks in Japan have the pleasure of peeing into a clown's mouth.

It's weird to design a urinal like someone's mouth. The mouth-shaped urinal is designed to provoke controversy.
