EXPORT FROM CHINA TO SELL IN USA

I have a question. I want to buy from China and sell in USA under my Company name. What type of laws do I have to following in order to do this? Can I do this without breaking Laws? I want to purchase name brand shoes, clothes and handbags. Thanks for your Help!!

i am an international tradign sales. Normally we don't sell famous brand name products to other countries. Or if it is found by the Custom,u have to pay more money ,or the goods held.
i am just working in this field for one year and know little about this.Here are many people from USA doing business here in china.Surely u will not break the laws.
