Italian priest to organize nun beauty pageant

"Nuns are above all women and beauty is a gift from God," says Antonio Rungi, the Italian priest who is organizing the world’s first beauty pageant for nuns. He stressed that the contest aimed to eliminate the stereotype about nuns as Beijing old, stunted, dour and sad. The priest added that nuns will not be invited to parade in bathing suits.
