| Materials: 4 chicken wings (400 grams), 10 preserved prunes, 1/2 sugar slab, 2 slices of ginger and 1 spring onion. Marinade: 1/5 tablespoon white pepper powder, 2 tablespoons rice wine, 1/3 tablespoon salt and 3 slices of ginger. Seasonings: 1 bowl of edible oil, 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 1/5 tablespoon salt. Step 1 Wash chicken wings and make a cut on the back, mix the chicken wings with 1/5 tablespoon white pepper powder, 2 tablespoons rice wine, 1/3 tablespoon salt and 3 slices of ginger and marinade for 30 minutes. Soak 10 perserved prunes in two cups of boiling water. |

| Step 2 Heat 1 bowl of edible oil and fry the chicken wings. |

| Step 3 Heat 2 tablespoons edible oil, fry ginger slices and spring onion sections until fragrant. Then put chicken wings in and stir-fry for 1 minute and add preserved prune juice in and boil the mixture. |

| Step 5 Boil the mixture with fierce heat (with a cover). After boiling, stew with gentle heat for 20 minutes. |
