China related employment for US citizen

I am interested in cultivating a prefession that may have chinese ties to propogate travel and interests in China. I am experienced in retail sales, from a management perspective, but wish to lean more toward consultation or import/export. I am very selective, but wish to find the right mix of uniqueness and profitability with either a start up or established company that can use my use my skills as a business manager and passionate consumer to integrate Chinese products or services into a western market, or visa versa. Is there anyone on this bulletin board that is interested in finding a hard working US counterpart to their Chinese based, or expanding small to medium sized business? I am currently happily employed in retail management, but interested in expanding toward a career that will include ties to China. Currently not fluent, but learning Mandarin.
