I read in somewhere that vinegar can prolong life. Is this true? A old woman is already 98 years old. But she is very healthy. She can thread a needle very easily. That old woman like eating vinegar. Every three or four days, she needs to drink a small bag of vinegar. Does vinegar really have magic power to make your live longer?

Eating vinegar is good for your health. It can make your blood vessels softer. It is said that vinegar is good for your heart. Those with high blood pressure should also drink vinegar too.
