Han Zheng Street, Hanjiang Walking Street, Xianggang Road, Wuhan Mall at No. 690-Jiefang Dadao, Jian Er Mall at No. 955- Heping Dadao, Hanyang Mall and Zhong Bai supermarket retail chains are the popular places to shop in wuhan.

Why on earth do you/he want to buy them there for? They're not going to be any cheaper than buying elsewhere.
