I have a house for renting in Qingdao.

50 sqare meters for one couple or single to live.

Television,refrigerator,Internet,washing machine,water heater,elevator,telephone
One 1.5 miles double-bed ,one large bureau,workbench,dining table,sofa,tea table,dresser
One washroom and one open kitchen
woody floor inside and another 200 sqare meters flat roof with flowers in it.
You could make exercise and invite your friends have a barbecue party here.

Car parking is easy here.
