guestchine Do you know how a western man tries to court a Chinese girl? If you really don’t want to be friends with him, you can decline their courting in a humorous and decent way.

Here are some scenarios and useful expressions for you to decline a western man’s courting:
(FM stands for Foreign man: CG stands for Chinese Gir in the following conversations)

FM: Can I buy you a drink?
CG:Actually I'd rather have the money.

FM:Can I have your name?
CG:Why? Don't you already have one?

FM:I'm a photographer. I've been looking for a face like yours.
CG:I'm a plastic surgeon. I've been looking for a face like yours.

FM:Is this seat empty?
CG:Yes, and this one will be if you sit down.

FM:Haven't I seen you some place before?
CG:Yes. That's why I don't go there anymore.

FM:Will you go out with me this Saturday?
CG:Sorry. I'm having a headache this weekend.

FM:I think I could make you very happy.
CG:Why? Are you leaving?

I love this one which was a first hand experience of a friend of mine who went to Bangkok. He went on a date with a beautiful Thai girl. He was head over heels in love and on Cloud 9. Why won't he? He met the girl of his dreams.

FM: You seem like a very sweet girl. We should get to know each other better.
TG: Then there is something about me that you should know.
FM: Really, what is that?
TG: Actually.... I am a boy.....

LOL!

His jaw must have dropped on the floor. I remember he said he was in a state of shock even after he was already back in the hotel.
