Seasonings: 2 tablespoons edible oil, 1/2 tablespoon starch, 5 tablespoons ketchup, 1/3 tablespoon salt, 2 tablespoons white sugar, 1/2 tablespoon chicken powder and 1/3 tablespoon sesame oil. Step 1 Wash lotus root, peel the skin and the cut it into pieces and soak in clear water for a while, Mix 1/2 tablespoon starch with 3 tablespoons water. ![]() |
