For an average family, they can only afford a house with their lifetime’s saving. This year, due to many factors, the property market is undergoing a so-called “painful period”: the deal of the house has a slight decline with the same period last year. In fact, the house price per square meter is a little lower than before in Beijing, Shenzhen and other major Chinese cities, except in Xian. We should note that the property developers will make mony all the time, and the only problem should be how much they will earn. Last week, a government policy regarding to suiviving the cold spell of the property market was published in Xian initially. It is really shocking! The government did not use their executive power to make the property developers to reduce the house price, instead, people who buy house will get government subsidies, which is no more than a drop in the ocean. This is what the government can do in face of such a serious social problem! As a people living in Xian, personally, I am on the edge of disappointment!
