 | Which country is the world's largest weapons exporter now? Israel ranked the fourth. Canada ranks the sixth. Janesdefence says China will be the largest exporter. Currently, who is the largest weapons exporter? Russia or USA? |

| The USA sells 32 billion dollars worth of military goods while Russia exported 8 billion last year and hopes to export 6 billion this year. Russia's biggest customers are China and India but Russia is no longer happy with dealing with China. They say China bought Russian stuff, copied it and is selling the copies around he world cheaper. The U.S. is selling so much because although it tends to be more expensive, it is better quality and proven effective in recent use. also the newer NATO countries have to use gear that is compatible with other NATO forces and that stuff is not made by Russia. |

| GUEST14323 | It's Russia. More countries by things made in Russia then america. Latest computer simulated tests also shown that new american planes (F-22 and F-35) are useless even against Sukhois and MiGs. Even the older models. According to one of the members of "enemy party (the one that was playing Russian/Chinese)" :"...It was like clubbing baby seals..." In this situation weapons export is expected to rise in Russia. Aftrer these tests (ran by america), Australia dumpes JFS programm (which includes mixing F-35 with old F-22) and other countries that contributed to JFS project are thinking of dumping it too. Well done americans! |

| Check again! One country recently refused delivery of Russian made fighter jets when it was found they were made with old parts. Also a lot of old Soviet made stuff is out there being upgraded or sold on to other users. Plus a lot of stuff that looks like it was made in Russia is actually made in Pakistan or China. |

| USA, Canada and Western Europe for selling more in monies because of high-tech items and less quantity but Russia and Eastern Bloc countries for selling more small arms and personnel armament and more quantity but less in monies.(my guess only) |
